First, you need to run file explorer.

Then, you need to rerun it. Bet you know how to do that!

Then, on 1, go to C:\users\{YourUserName}\Downloads, and on the other go to C:\Users\{YourUserName}\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\addons; drag the file from the downloads folder to the addons folder, then you're ready to go!
